Stakeholder:

Create an assessment tool which registered users could use to asses their Business Analysis (BA) skills and knowledge in various areas and competencies. The tool would generate a personalized profile showcasing the areas of strength, weakness, suggested steps for improvement, etc.

Why a live project?

So why a "live" project?

Well... we wanted to give our readers an example of what a business analyst does and the types of artifacts used by a business analyst.

I couldn't think of a better way to do this then through the use of a "live" project.

We hope this is going to help many of our readers who are junior analysts or who are looking to begin their career in business analysis.

I would like to give special credit and thanks to Perry McLeod who had the original idea to create a mock project for the benefit of the entire community.

To put it in his own words: "...I would suggest we consider creating a mock project that might help other analysts learn the end to end analysis process..."
